Shift: Tuesday through Saturday
Position Responsibilities:
- Hands-On Repairs: Perform preventive and reactive maintenance repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and other equipment and structures, patch, paint,
- Maintenance Excellence: Ensure all equipment and facilities are maintained in top condition.
- Emergency Response: Quickly address spills and emergency situations, performing janitorial and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Customer Assistance: Support Property Management, site managers, and tenants during emergencies and provide high-quality service.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience: One year of similar work experience is a plus, but not required.
- Skills: Experience in painting, patching, drywall, electrical work, and other general maintenance tasks.
Additional Qualifications:
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively via email and text.
- Multitasking: Capable of managing multiple tasks, working independently, and taking inventory.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with apartment communities and working with residents, property management, and vendors is beneficial.
Basic Qualifications:
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required.
