Essential Duties and Responsibilities

•Identify and develop solutions for new facilities, energy projects, and initiatives.

•Maintain currency in and apply knowledge of facilities, energy, and sustainability technology trends.

•Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, such as leaders within the firm, project teams, architectural engineering firms, and consultants to identify facilities cost-saving or improvement opportunities across the organization.

•Build strong relationships across the firm, leveraging partnerships and resources as needed for success.

•Coordinate, integrate, and synthesize information associated with other engineering disciplines (e.g., mechanical, electrical, civil/structural, and construction) across the Facilities organization.

•Propose and recommend process improvements that positively impact efficiency and productivity, while aligning with corporate objectives and industry best practices.

•Develop engaging technical presentations using quality visual aids and data calculations. At times, you will be required to confidently present to diverse audiences, tailoring your message for maximum retention.

•Take initiative in analyzing project data creatively and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and process optimization.

•Play a pivotal role in assigned high-profile projects, support assignments, and initiatives.

•Apply engineering expertise to project planning, option evaluation, and risk mitigation.

•Collect, analyze, and report on a variety of metrics. Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

•Take initiative and be inquisitive as you find unique ways to measure and analyze data on given projects.

•Present frequent progress updates to leader(s) to ensure project is on track and headed in the right direction.

•Ensure data quality and accuracy as research is being conducted.

•May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Education/Previous Experience

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related area of study and a minimum of two (2) years relevant experience. Master's degree and four (4) plus years of experience highly preferred.

•Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
