Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and devise solutions for new facilities, energy initiatives, and projects.
  • Stay updated on and apply knowledge of facilities, energy, and sustainability technology trends.
  • Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders, including firm leaders, project teams, architectural engineering firms, and consultants to pinpoint cost-saving or enhancement opportunities across the organization.

  • Create engaging technical presentations utilizing quality visual aids and data analyses. At times, you will be required to confidently present to diverse audiences, tailoring your message for optimal retention.
  • Take initiative in creatively analyzing project data and provide valuable insights to support decision-making and process optimization.
  • Play a crucial role in assigned high-profile projects, support assignments, and initiatives.
  • Apply engineering expertise to project planning, option evaluation, and risk mitigation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report on various metrics. Provide actionable recommendations for ongoing improvement.
  • Be proactive and inquisitive as you discover unique methods to measure and analyze data on assigned projects.
  • Present regular progress updates to leadership to ensure projects are on track and progressing in the right direction.

Educational/Previous Experience Requirements

Education/Previous Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and a minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience. A Master's degree and four (4) or more years of experience are highly preferred.

  • Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.
