As a Project Manager, you will be part of the Fabrication and Instrumentation department. The ideal candidate will have keen attention to detail, be a team player and have effective collaboration skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

 

Job Title: Fabrication and Integration Project Manager 

Location: Cantonment, Florida

Pay Range: DOE

 

What’s the Job?

 

  • Set up projects with the internal system to include drawing and document control, setting up sales orders and estimates in Quickbooks, preparing requisitions and ordering all materials that are required to finish project
  • Participate in the design verification process including vendor documentation submittals 
  • Monitor the tool requirements for various projects, verify proper document control procedures including project fabrications packages and revision levels on drawings and specifications
  • Monitor safety and investigate safety requirements; Control and follow up on project costs 
  • Initiate inspections and control all CFM and special ordered parts

 

What’s Needed?

 

  • Knowledgeable with electrical and installation requirements and procedures, quality standards for fabrication and instrumentation components
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel; Experience using iPad and digital camera
  • Familiar with test procedures including pressure testing, powering up electrical parts and HVAC ventilation systems 
  • Proper knowledge of shipping and receiving requirements 
  • Ability to oversee multiple projects at once, ensuring that deadlines and cost parameters are in line with projected estimates
