Job Overview

A reputable client of Insight Global is seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to oversee various initiatives. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure effective communication regarding project timelines, objectives, and any necessary adjustments.

The selected candidate will be responsible for establishing projects within the internal Project Management System, which includes:

  • Managing drawing and document control
  • Setting up sales orders and estimates in financial software

In addition, this individual will prepare requisitions and procure all necessary materials to successfully complete projects. Participation in the design verification process, including reviewing vendor documentation submissions, is also a key responsibility.

The Project Coordinator will ensure adherence to proper document control protocols, including maintaining project fabrication packages and tracking revisions on drawings and specifications.
