RECEPTIONIST / DEPARTMENT ASSISTANT

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As our Receptionist and Department Assistant, you will be the face and voice of our branch. You will have the first opportunity to give our customers an excellent experience and ensure their needs are met. When you are not assisting customers, you will also perform various duties, including but not limited to data entry, acting as the cashier for the branch by taking and processing customer payments and making occasional bank deposits, and keeping the reception area clean and well stocked.

To thrive in this role, you must have a winning attitude, a customer service mindset, and enjoy working in a team environment.

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • Ability to create and maintain good relationships with both internal and external customers.
  • Above-average typing and computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be available to work some Saturday shifts during our busy season, which runs approximately March through September.
  • Driver’s license with a good driving record.
