What’s a typical day as a Packaging Group Leader? You’ll be:




  • \t
  • Leading a team to operate, troubleshoot, and assist with packaging equipment setup and startup activities.
    \t
  • Ensuring that the safety, quality, and productivity of the packaging line meet company standards.
    \t
  • Leading the team to maintain an acceptable production rate, complete GMP documentation, perform in-process testing, and investigate breakdowns and repairs related to packaging production.




This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Experience as a group leader or lead operator in packaging or manufacturing.
    \t
  • High School Diploma or GED required
    \t
  • Experience working in a cleanroom environment.
    \t
  • Troubleshooting, assembly, and testing skills.
    \t
  • Experience working in a related manufacturing line.
    \t
  • Knowledge of packaging equipment setup and adjustments, packaging formats, and packaging documentation.
    \t
  • Have working knowledge of applicable SOPs, GMPs, LPRs, and quality test methods.
    \t
  • Have the ability to complete GMP documentation neatly, correctly, and legibly.
    \t
  • The ability to lift 35 lbs. for short periods.
    \t
  • Ability to work with and empower a diverse group of associates.
