Job Summary
We are currently looking for Fire Systems Field Service Technician. The technician will be expected to travel 50%. The Technician is responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled service/installation of various pieces of fire protection equipment. The Field Technician must be a self-starter with excellent time management skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
Compensation and Benefits
\t- Starting at $25 per hour
\t - Health Vision and Dental after 30 days
\t - 120 hours of PTO/Sick Pay

Duties and Responsibilities
\t- Fire Suppression System Installations
\t
\t\t- Low voltage electrical systems
\t\t - Mechanical (tubing / piping)
\t
\t
\t - Perform scheduled service of suppression systems.
\t- Troubleshooting any problems that may arise in a timely manner.
\t - Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
\t - Knowledge of basic or low level mechanical and electrical testing.
\t - Travel to semiconductor facilities.
\t - Climbing of ladders up to 12-foot-tall (utilizing fall protection)?
\t - Basic lifting (up to 40lbs)?
\t - Bending of the knees and overhead reaching?

Minimum Qualifications:?
\t- Valid Drivers License
\t - Must be able to pass background check and drug test
\t - High School Diploma or GED?
\t - Experience with fire/alarm systems, but not required
