Our client, a leading organization in the finance industry, is seeking an Accounts Payable professional to join their team. As an Accounts Payable specialist, you will be part of the finance department supporting the company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a go-getter attitude that aligns with the company's values.

Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $25 per hour

What's the Job?

  • Process accounts payable items and temporary staffing logistics
  • Experience with Advantage Financial system processing payments and understand HR confidentiality
  • Individual who is organized, has attention to detail, is comfortable with Microsoft Word/Excel, who understands the importance of confidentiality when dealing with HR related matters, is willing to work overtime and has a go getter attitude

What's Needed?

  • 1+ years of experience in accounts payable
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • Telephone skills, key entry alpha, accounts payable, 10 key, MS Excel, MS Outlook
  • HR knowledge, staffing logistics
  • Passing a local criminal background check
