Job Description:

As a BAS Sales Executive, you will drive business through the development of relationships of an assigned business portfolio of our existing client base, as well as development of sales leads through personal and company opportunities.

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop, expand and maintain relationships with Building Owners, Facility Managers, Property Managers as well as your internal team executing opportunities and solutions.
Develop the trust of existing and potential customers. Provide technical advice and layout projects to meet customer challenges and budgets pertaining to their building needs.
Target owners and end users outside of the current customer base.
Focus on maintaining, developing, and converting existing/new accounts to Technical Service Agreement accounts.

Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years related experience in sales, construction, or technology
Strong communication skills
Proficiency in basic computer systems, including the MS Office suite of products
Passion to continuously develop and improve selling skills
Self-motivated
