A prestigious global media company is seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Workday HR Benefits and Compliance Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of benefits administration and compliance requirements.

*This is a hybrid, temp to perm role, Pay Rate is $36/hr, Hours are Monday- Friday 9am-5pm*

Must be able to work onsite at our headquarters in Manhattan 2 days a week.

*Requirements*:
* Minimum 4 years of experience in benefits administration, HR compliance, HRIS administration needed.
* Must have general HR experience with strong administration of benefits programs and compliance of relevant laws, regulations and company policies.
* Experience with Workday and benefits administration platforms
* Maintain accurate records of benefits enrollment, changes and terminations in Workday system
* Must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
* Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively in a team environment.

*Qualifications*:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
* Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR compliance
