Duties:
- Assessing patient health conditions and documenting medical histories
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitoring vital signs and ensuring patient comfort and safety
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Educating patients and their families on disease management, treatment options, and preventive care
- Providing emotional support to patients and their families during challenging times
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhering to all healthcare regulations, policies, and procedures
