GT Acquisitions, a prominent call centre with operations spanning across the US and UK, is actively recruiting individuals to join our team.

*Duties*:

- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner

- Maintain customer records by updating account information and documenting interactions

- Conduct data entry tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

- Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot problems and find solutions

- Follow call center scripts and guidelines to ensure consistent service quality

- Handle customer complaints or escalations with empathy and professionalism

*Skills*:

- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills in English

- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to remain calm under pressure

- Proficiency in data entry and navigating computer systems

- Knowledge of medical terminology and medical office procedures is a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
