Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Leader on either our 1st or 2nd shift to join our team. As a Shift Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key leadership role within our organization.

Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of employees during assigned shifts
- Ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Train and develop team members to achieve performance goals
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing coaching and feedback
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and hiring new team members
- Handle payroll administration and ensure accurate recordkeeping
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales management and store management techniques
- Familiarity with employee scheduling software is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
