Sales Representative position is a fantastic launching pad for a career in sales. It provides you with the opportunity to develop core sales skills and product knowledge, all while contributing to our company's success.
KEY JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Responsible for achievement of sales objectives, brand growth and development.
- Responsibility for sales and marketing function at end user level.
- Develops, recommends, and assists execution of annual customer marketing plans with Sales Managers.
- Monitors and reviews competitive offerings and communicates the information internally.
- Creates monthly, annual, and long-term volume forecasts for closed end user business.
- Completes all needed sample requests.
- Work with Top Sales Team within each distributor partner to maximize sales growth.
- Prepares and communicates target account updates.
- Handling and resolving customer complaints with Sales Manager.
- Utilize social media resources to focus sales efforts with end users.
- Focused effort to close end user accounts within geographic region.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SKILLS:
- BA/BS helpful with emphasis in Sales and Marketing preferred, High School Diploma required.
- 2+ years combined experience in sales and/or marketing strongly preferred.
- Strong computer literacy, including familiarity with Microsoft Office and common e-mail programs; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong analytical skills.
- Ability to travel. 75+% travel including overnight stays averaging 1-2 per week .
