Hand Fulfillment Operator 1

This position is responsible for the manual processing of mailings. Utilizing the folding equipment to prepare the letters for insertion and gathering the correct materials to insert with corresponding letters and check and confirm the quality of the product being produced.

This is first shift. 6am - 2:30 pm

What You'll Do:

  • Manually insert mailings with corresponding inserts, contracts and/or return envelopes into envelopes; ensuring all documents are correctly inserted in an efficient and timely manner according to specified instruction

  • Utilizing a small table-top folding machine fold the sheets for mailings as either half-fold or 3-fold as depicted on EIP/job cover sheets. .

  • Ensure that proper materials and components are selected and used for each job. Return unused materials and components to inventory after use. .

  • Check the quality of the envelopes/mailings periodically for accuracy.

  • Provide and file reports to supervisors and management at the end of each shift for production. Some reports may require computer and website usage.

What You'll Need:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior experience in a fast-paced production environment is Preferred.

  • Prior experience that required focus on searching for and resolving errors quickly is preferred.

  • Computer literacy.

  • Basic math skills required (production reports)

  • Strong time management, attention to detail and organization skills.

  • Flexibility in work schedule to work overtime when needed.

The starting pay range for this position is:

$17.33 - $23.11

Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
