These Individuals will manage and execute change control processes within companies document management system and maintain adequate filing systems. Additionally, individuals will facilitate employee engagement within companies training program. Document Control Specialists are also responsible for maintaining data within companies' software systems, including ERP Ross, and Quality Management System.   Job Details:
  • Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  • $20/hr
  • Temp to Hire
Job Responsibilities:
  • Understand regulatory requirements for operations and document control
  • Maintain the Document Control Software and ensure timely distribution of latest revision and removal of obsolete documentation
  • Maintain hard copies of controlled documents as required
  • Enter data into computerized systems
  • Ensure accuracy of data entered into computerized systems before and after it is inputted
  • Perform clerical typing duties to generate documents as necessary
  • Maintain training program as it pertains to document changes
  • Manage all customer documents and correspondence including copying, filing, and distributing as necessary
  • Assist in audits for both customers and agencies
  • Assist with creation of Specifications for raw materials and finished products
  • Assist with creation of SOP's, Manuals, Forms, and other controlled documents
  • Assist in the issuing, review, and revising process of all documents
  • Assist other Quality personnel as required
  • Perform duties as defined in division document control policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum - High School Diploma (preferred -- associate degree)
  • 2-3years' work experience preferably with cGMPs for dietary supplements
  • Working knowledge and experience  pertaining to cGMP standards
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies  quickly
  • Experience with technical writing
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently
  • Proven ability to work cross functionally with sales, marketing, customers, suppliers etc.
  • Results driven, strong work ethic
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
