We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Engineer for a client located in Greensboro, NC   What you get:
  • M-F, 7:30AM-4PM
  • 70-80k, DOE

  What you will be doing:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor a continuous improvement (CI) roadmap for the manufacturing space
  • Lead VSM, 5S, and Kaizen events
  • Initiate and drive lean activities to improve performance
  • Develop methods, procedures, and work instructions to support & maintain lean activities
  • Create and implement a Lean Training program to foster employee education and engagement
  • Collaborates with Quality, production, maintenance, and purchasing, material management to conduct daily activities
  What we need:
  • B.S. in Engineering (Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial)
  • 3-5 years of lean manufacturing experience
  • Must have strong Lean with certification  
  • Experience with developing Lean training for improvements, 5S kaizen problem solving
