Responsibilities of the Senior Payroll Specialist:

  • Payroll Processing: Collaborate with a team to process biweekly payroll for 1,000 employees with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Tax Management: Process tax deductions and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Garnishments and Changes: Assist with any garnishments or changes to payroll, resolving issues promptly.
  • Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate payroll records to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Payroll Specialist:

  • Payroll Experience: Must have strong experience in payroll processing, demonstrating proficiency in handling complex payroll tasks.
