HR Generalist
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Generalist that serves as a crucial link between management and employees, providing support across various human resources functions within the organization. This role requires a versatile skill set encompassing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance, and HR administration. The HR Generalist will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring employee satisfaction, and driving organizational success through effective people management strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.
Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed.
Advise and ensure consistency on the interpretation and operational application and legal compliance of corporate policies, programs, guidelines and procedures.
Post-secondary education in Human Resources Management.

5+ years of Human Resources experience.
~ Experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
~ Proficient with MS Office, with intermediate to advanced knowledge in Excel.
~ Experience in Ceridian is an asset.
~ Advanced knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
