We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Human Recourses Administrator. This position is based in our corporate office located in Nashville, TN. In this role, you will be part of a team responsible for assisting talent acquisition and human resources tasks. As a member of our human resources team, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects and gain valuable experience within the human resources department.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Completes I-9s and makes sure we are complying/Assign HRC to new hires as requested.
  • Work in multiple operating systems (Oracle HCM, Oracle ORC, EBS, HireRight, Org Charts, Canva, GovDocs).
  • Serve as point of contact for human resources coordinators in the field (assist with I9 questions/HireRight lockouts/policy questions, etc.).
  • Keep record of where new hires are at in the hiring process.
  • Answers calls and emails with questions from hiring managers regarding onboarding/pre-screening results.
  • Assist Manager of TA with weekly and monthly relocation invoices.
  • Assisting new employees with new hire processes such as onboarding, payroll paperwork, I-9's, scheduling meet/greet meetings with management, etc.
  • Coordinate new hire pre-employment drug screening/follow up/distributes results to hiring manager and recruiter.
  • Searches in internal database for rehire requests.
  • Troubleshoots errors within Oracle when processing new hires as needed.
  • Processing invoices, zero POs, and expense reports in Oracle EBS.
  • Attend bi-weekly recruiter meeting.
  • Scheduling interviews and travel accommodations (flights, hotels, rental car, etc.).
    • Process reimbursements for candidate travel.
  • Organizational Charts - update and upload monthly.
    • Makes changes within HCM for Organizational Charts.
    • Upload new headshots as they come in.
  • Setting up vendors for payment.
  • Collaborates with recruiter to compile job board and applicant data for monthly recruiting scorecard.
  • Coordinate conferences and other meetings, lunches, etc. as needed.
  • Acquisition preparation (folders, paperwork, etc.) and distribution of completed paperwork/onboarding materials upon successful closing of acquisition.
  • Help coordinate as needed for HRC conference/present slides.
  • Responsible for collecting Coaching Discussions annually.
  • When Manager of TA is out, has the capability step in.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 or more years' experience in HR/Recruiting Administrative support.
  • Bachelor's or associate degree preferred, but not required.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and attention to detail.
  • Experience with Oracle databases preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Office 365 required.
