As a vital member of our healthcare team, the Registered Nurse will deliver direct clinical patient care with a focus on excellence and compassion. This role is essential in ensuring that our patients receive the highest quality of care tailored to their individual needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, develop care plans, and implement direct nursing interventions for assigned patients during each shift.
- Supervise and guide nursing staff in delivering appropriate care, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer to maintain high standards of nursing care and resource management.
Shift Availability:
- Full-time and part-time options available.
- Flexible scheduling including day, evening, and overnight shifts.
- Rotating holidays and every third weekend commitment.
