\t- Employees in this role will be trained for the first 2 weeks on the following shift:

\t\t- Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm.

\t- After the conclusion of training, the hours for this position will be:

\t\t- Monday through Thursday & Saturday: 11:30am - 8pm.
\t\t - Friday: 10:30am - 7pm.
\t\t - Saturdays will be occasionally necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Delight Representative at Feldco, you'll be engaging directly with customers over the phone. Your role is hands-on and requires clear, concise communication not only with customers but also with various departments within Feldco to rapidly resolve any outstanding issues and provide customers with delight
Tasks Include:
\t- Answering inbound calls to Feldco 866 number or direct lines, accessing caller needs, and transferring to the appropriate party.
\t - Screening calls for upper management.
\t - Clear and accurate communication of Feldco products and services.
\t - Solving customer issues, resolving service issues, and/or scheduling service appointments.
\t - Scheduling strong, consistent sales appointments, and second measure appointments.
\t - Confirming appointments, and outbound reminder calls for services and second measure appointments.
\t - Answering web lead inquiries (e-mail and outbound phone exchanges with customers).
\t - Message taking and communication with managers and product specialists.
\t - Ability to use internet maps to help product specialists.
\t - The CDR may be assigned additional tasks or projects as needed during peak or off season.
\t - The CDR works with all areas of the company to ensure all customers are “delighted” with their sales, service, financing, or other inquiries.
Qualifications:
\t- High school diploma or equivalent required.
\t - Organizational skills and outstanding oral and written communication abilities are required.
\t - Proficient PC skills (Word, Excel).
\t - 35+ WPM.
\t - Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment.
\t - Key skills include, but are not limited to, using a multi-call phone system, data entry and sales skills.
\t - Bi-lingual preferred, but not necessary.
