Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our sales department by providing essential administrative and customer support. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about the tabletop industry, we'd love to have you on board.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, data entry, and document management.
  • Interface with our Logistics team to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Research and develop new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to customers.
  • Assist in sales reporting and analysis, generating reports and insights for decision-making.
  • Help plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
