** LOCATION: Onsite Role @ 1560 Bruckner Blvd Bronx, NY 10473

** DURATION: 6 Month Contract with possible extension

** SHIFT: 7 am - 3:30 pm

** PAY RATE: $23.00/hr. - $28.00/hr.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To scan/convert all paper copies on record to digital copies.
  • The employee will be mainly scanning and filling documents in the office.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Other Various Systems.
  • Able to order Supplies and Services.
  • Developing and maintaining an effective filling system.
  • Preparing and proof-reading office documents.
  • Operating and maintaining office equipment such as printers and replenishing office supplies.
  • Ability to learn additional systems such as Oracle, Gas Central, HR Payroll and other applicable systems.
  • Employees will be responsible for supporting pressure control with daily function mainly with scanning our paper records to obtain a digital copy.
  • Employee will also be expected from time to time to input time in HR Payroll, Perform WOs completion in Gas Central, Support Pressure Control Responsibilities such as ordering permits, coordinating street flaggers and parking savers, paying and receipting invoices in Oracle, looking up assets in ARCFm and Vision. and other various responsibilities

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience with scanning and converting paper documents to digital formats
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Ability to learn and operate various systems such as Oracle, Gas Central, HR Payroll, and other applicable software
  • Experience in replenishing office supplies and ensuring smooth office operations.
  • Proficiency in preparing and proofreading office documents.
