As a Service Center Office Clerk, you will provide administrative support to the service center staff, ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of files, logs, and records. You will also provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support and assistance to service center personnel to ensure high levels of productivity and smooth operations.
  • Prepare and maintain daily paperwork, including DOT files, to ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Prepare various documents and reports using AS400 and SAP.
  • Answer phones and provide customers with rate quotes and delivery information.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
  • High School Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 3 years of office experience, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Proficiency with AS400, SAP, and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail oriented.
