Job Description

The front desk attendant role, under the direction of the On-Site Manager and the Corporate Association Manager. This role is the professional face of the association and the management company. The role includes creating a sense of community in the association, professional communications with residents, working with vendors and following the governing documents.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Respond timely to homeowner requests and handle/solve any issues in an efficient manner.

-Help build a positive community by interacting with people in the building.

-Communicate with the On-Site Manager any relevant information that occurred during the work shift.

-Complete any special projects or duties assigned by the On-Site Manager and meet set deadlines.
