Senior Sales Project Manager, HVAC/Mechanical

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Project Manager for our client, a leader in the HVAC/Mechanical industry. In this role, you will be responsible for fostering new customer relationships, managing existing accounts with a focus on trust and satisfaction, and overseeing the successful delivery of HVAC/Mechanical solutions. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

What You Will Do:

Develop and Maintain Client Relationships: Seek out new customer relationships and nurture existing ones with exceptional care and trust.
Project Documentation: Organize and maintain accurate project documentation for efficient reference and management.
Client Satisfaction: Cultivate positive client relationships by addressing concerns promptly and ensuring their satisfaction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with leadership, management, operational, and accounting staff to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.

What You Need to Join Our Team:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7+ years of proven sales experience with at least 3 years specifically in HVAC/Plumbing service sales.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Proficiency in Procore and Sage software.
Knowledge of relevant regulations, codes, and standards.
Attention to detail with strong organizational and prioritization skills.

Compensation: Competitive base salary ranging from $120,000 to $135,000, depending on experience.
