Sells new and fleet vehicles
Completes paperwork accompanying new vehicle sales
Meets dealership sales goals
Takes customer on demonstration of vehicle in accordance with dealership procedures

Prior sales experience preferred.
Verbal and Writing Ability:
Duties are performed throughout the dealership, both indoors and outdoors and on customer test drives. Work includes frequent movement around the dealership facilities and the outdoor car lot to interact with customers and other departments.
Analytical - Collects and researches data, uses intuition and experience to complement data.
Customer Service - Manages difficult or emotional customer situations, responds promptly to customer needs, solicits customer feedback to improve service, responds to requests for service and assistance, meets commitments.
Team Work - Balances team and individual responsibilities, contributes to building a positive team spirit.
Organizational Support - Follows policies and procedures.
Dependability - Follows instructions, responds to management direction.
Planning/Organizing - Uses time efficiently, sets goals and objectives.
