NEEBCo, an Alera Group Company is seeking to hire an Electronic Enrollment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, service-oriented, detail-focused team player to effectively process employee benefits enrollment requests and related customer service inquiries from our benefits technology platform.


  • Understand enrollment and eligibility rules and guidelines
  • Working knowledge of multiple enrollment and billing system platforms
  • Comfort level with Microsoft Office Products and carrier enrollment systems
  • Maintain and develop relationships with assigned client and carrier contacts
  • Assess, clarify and validate client service needs on an ongoing basis and refer to the responsible Account Manager as necessary

  • Data entry experience
  • Experience with electronic enrollments
  • Experience with client services or managing employee benefits
  • Ability to coordinate multiple entities involved with assigned clients (i.e. Account Managers, Carriers and Third Party Administrators)
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task and handle interruptions
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member
  •  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with co-workers, clients, and vendors
