The Work:
The Primary Responsibilities of the Program Controller are as follows:
• Customer CDRL creation and review
• Perform procurement activities and communications with customer
• Interface with all functional support contract staff
• Assists in developing management plans and preparing management/cost performance reports
• Assist with subcontractor teammate management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or University in a business discipline. In lieu of a bachelor's degree, an additional eight (8) years of experience is required for a total of ten (10) years
Two (2) years' experience in coordinating program related activities including requirements, resources, personnel, funding, and scheduling activities.
Desired Skills:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook andPowerpoint)
Clearance Level: TS/SCI w/Poly SP

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
