Woden transforms these purposeful companies into essential brands by uncovering what makes them different, crafting a strategic narrative around it, and leveraging that story to form an efficient sales funnel.
Our mission-obsessed, creatively curious, and collaborative team is looking for an energetic, organized, and client-facing Associate Creative Director to coach Woden's clients through organizational implementation of their strategic narrative in alignment with their business objectives and help facilitate our internal team's brainstorms to align with client goals and generate creative solutions.
This is an on-site position in Philadelphia, PA
Your Skills and Qualifications
5+ years of experience in strategic client management, client-facing creative direction, executive coaching, organizational change management, consulting, or other strategic customer-facing positions
Youve executed change management projects (internally or externally within an organization)
Youve managed multiple client accounts and relationships at once
You're creative and solve problems with a story-driven mindset
Youre excellent at building trust and rapport with clients
Youre a people-person and get energy talking to clients
You can talk to C-Suite executives and founders as a peer
You have strong written, phone, and presentation skills
Youre attuned to client needs and pay attention to detail
Youre dynamic and agilechange doesnt throw you off your game
You have a builder mentality, and want to put your stamp on creating something huge
What Youll Do
Achieve Woden's mission through client transformation:
Own and lead Wodens StoryAccelerator product and eventual team
Manage client accounts, owning the relationship and implementation of their brands strategic narrative within their organization
Onboard and train clients on Wodens philosophy and approach to strategic narrative
Execute monthly coaching and support calls
Facilitate collaborative work sessions with clients and external stakeholders
Join and guide creative brainstorms with our internal teams
Serve as conduit connecting project team, business development team, and client to achieve client business objectives
Action client feedback and make product adjustments as needed
Schedule and lead calls, meetings, webinars, and roundtables to consult and coach strategic leaders on aligning their strategic narrative with their business objectives
Maintain content library for story implementation
Manage dashboard metrics tracking client transformation goals and wins
Revise and edit client-produced materials
Create lifetime value and new opportunities through partnerships, additional work, and re-engagements based on client needs (bonused)
Help hire and lead a team supporting the goals of StoryAccelerator

Compensation
Base salary of $73,000 plus incentive bonuses and commission: 2% of revenue for clients retained over 6 months of transformation plan, and shared 5% of bi-annual leadership bonus when over plan
