Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide administrative and operational support to the financial advisors, including preparing materials for client meetings and managing multiple high-priority tasks

Create and maintain client files, prepare client forms and reports from rough draft and originating correspondence as requested by the firms Partners

Create and accurately process ACHs, distributions and money transfers, journal entries, payments via check to outside vendors and secure stock powers and any other legal docs as needed

Review and respond to all electronic correspondence; promptly address issues and concerns with professionalism and attention to accurate resolution

Serve as backup operational support of the office

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree preferred; completed college coursework in conjunction with work experience will also be considered

Investment, Banking, Mortgage, or related industry experience preferred but not required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
