Job Title: Junior Litigation Associate - Real Estate

Our dynamic real estate litigation team is currently expanding, and we are actively seeking a motivated Junior Litigation Associate to join our ranks.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court proceedings related to multifamily housing and mixed-use real estate.
• Manage a substantial volume of cases, ensuring meticulous organization and efficiency.
• Collaborate with the team to formulate and execute effective litigation strategies.
• Work closely with real estate and property management clients based in Washington D.C. and Virginia.
• Handle various facets of litigation and contribute to risk management solutions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of legal experience, including law school or clerkship.
• Washington, D.C. bar admission required; Virginia bar admission is a valuable bonus.
• Open to candidates with public or non-profit litigation experience.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases concurrently.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Previous in-court experience is advantageous, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
