Are you dedicated to delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget? We are looking for TWO (2) experienced Construction Project Coordinators to join our dynamic team immediately in S. San Francisco, CA 94080 Position is 100% onsite, full time-TTH, with a pay range of $33.65/hr. - $43.27/hr. D.O.E.


Position Overview:

The Construction Project Coordinator will support the project management team by overseeing various aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, proficiency in MS Excel, and expertise with scheduling software such as Monday.com.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating construction activities, including scheduling, procurement, and resource allocation.
  • Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using Monday.com and other scheduling tools. Ensure timely completion of project milestones.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Ensure all documents are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication to address project issues and changes.
  • Budget Management: Assist in monitoring project budgets and expenditures. Track costs and report any deviations from the budget.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant construction codes, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and address potential project risks and issues. Implement corrective actions to keep projects on track.
  • Reporting: Generate and present regular project status reports, including progress, challenges, and upcoming milestones.
  • Team Support: Provide administrative support to project managers and team members, including scheduling meetings and organizing project files.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction project coordination or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced functions such as pivot tables and formulas. Experience with scheduling software, such as Monday.com, is required
  • Education: Highschool diploma
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to addressing issues.
