OVERVIEW OF THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:
- The Payroll Specialist will process bi-weekly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
- The Payroll Specialist will prepare and review year-end payroll tasks, including W-2s and tax filings, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
- The payroll Specialist will Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management review.
- The Payroll Specialist will review benefit invoices for accuracy, collaborating with HR to reconcile discrepancies.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE PAYROLL SPECIALIST:
- Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and experience in benefit invoice reconciliation.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws, taxes, and compliance requirements.
- 3 years experience will full cycle payroll processing.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
