Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled HR and Payroll Specialist to join our team at Truck Service, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN.

This full-time position involves processing payroll functions through ADP TotalSource, maintaining employee payroll and personnel recordkeeping, and coordinating employee house account deductions and regulatory reporting.

A competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, is offered, along with benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, employer-paid basic life insurance, and a 401k retirement plan.

Key Accountabilities
  • Process payroll functions through ADP TotalSource
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll and personnel records
  • Ensure timely and accurate employee house account deductions and regulatory reporting
  • Support payroll and HR training initiatives

This role also involves various administrative tasks, including monitoring customer records, setting up employee house accounts, and providing backup to A/P and A/R as needed.
