Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du übernimmst eine zentrale operative und strategische Rolle im Unternehmen und trägst maßgeblich zum Erfolg bei.
  • Du sprichst proaktiv potenzielle Neukunden an, gewinnst neue Geschäftspartner, überzeugst sie von den KI-Lösungen und nutzt dabei sowohl Anfragen aus der Marketingabteilung als auch dein eigenes Netzwerk.
  • Du begleitest und steuerst den gesamten Sales Cycle, von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zum Vertragsabschluss.
  • Du entwickelst und implementierst effektive Vertriebsstrukturen, übernimmst die Verantwortung und baust den Bereich kontinuierlich aus.
  • Du repräsentierst das Unternehmen auf Messen und Veranstaltungen, knüpfst wertvolle Kontakte und pflegst Beziehungen zu wichtigen Ansprechpartnern.
Dein Profil:
  • Du verfügst über mehrjährige Erfahrungen im Vertrieb.
  • Du hast Erfahrung darin, einen Bereich aufzubauen, Strukturen zu setzen und Strategien zu entwickeln.
  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrungen in der IT-Branche und ein starkes Interesse an KI-Themen.
  • Du verfügst idealerweise über ein starkes Netzwerk mit Kunden aus dem Mittelstand (wünschenswert, aber kein Muss).
  • Du beherrschst Deutsch und Englisch fließend in Wort und Schrift.
  • Du bist reisebereit, sei es für Kundenbesuche vor Ort oder für Messeauftritte, wobei der Umfang überschaubar und je nach Situation flexibel ist.
  • Du kennst dich mit den dynamischen Strukturen von Start-Ups aus und fühlst dich in diesem Umfeld wohl.
  • Du bist neugierig, engagiert und bringst gerne frischen Wind und Tempo in Projekte.
