Position Overview:
As an AI Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving the sales of our AI solutions. You will work closely with both potential and existing clients to understand their business needs and demonstrate how our AI products can help them achieve their goals. This is a hybrid role, combining the flexibility of remote work with the collaborative benefits of in-office interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities in the AI sector through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and referrals.
- Sales Presentations & Demos: Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations to C-level executives and key decision-makers, showcasing the value and capabilities of our AI solutions.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor and ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Solution Selling: Understand customer pain points and needs, and tailor AI solutions to meet their specific requirements, emphasizing ROI and long-term value.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and progress within the CRM system, ensuring timely follow-up and meeting sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and deliver the best possible service to clients.
- Market Research & Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI and technology, ensuring you can offer insightful solutions to clients.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to management on sales performance, pipeline status, and competitive landscape.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in technology or AI-related sales. Previous experience in selling SaaS, AI, or enterprise software is highly preferred.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
- Solution-Oriented Mindset: Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs and position tailored AI solutions effectively.
- CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage leads, track sales progress, and report on key metrics.
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Driven: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and work independently in a remote environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, or related technologies and how they can be applied to solve business problems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to travel for in-person meetings or client visits (as required).
- Willingness to work in a hybrid environment, spending 2-3 days per week in the office and the remainder working remotely.
