The Field Specialist in Field Services Support provides advanced servicing and repairs for complex office equipment at customer locations. This role may involve acting as a Team Lead/Coordinator and requires expertise in handling specific products, territory management, and customer relationships.


Responsibilities:


Specializes in servicing and repairing a core set of complex office products.

Manages territory, inventory, and customer relationships.

Provides 2nd level technical support and advanced training for technicians.

Drives revenue through supply leads, contract sales, and equipment assessments.

Manages own parts inventory and territory back-up plans.

Handles difficult customer situations and maintains high customer satisfaction.

Performs technical training and seminars as needed.


Qualifications:


Completion of technical school and 3+ years of related experience, including 2 years as a Technology Service Consultant I.

1 Industry Certification and at least 2 years of sustained high performance.

Valid state driver's license and auto insurance per company policy.
