As E-Commerce Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive sales and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling campaigns, optimize product listings, and analyze customer behavior to inform marketing and website decisions. Your role will involve collaborating with external partners to ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with the company’s goals. Your responsibilities
- Develop and implement ecommerce marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Manage and optimize our 2 ecommerce channels (Framing 4 Yourself and Gemini Builds It) such as website, email, paid advertising, Google shopping, etc.
- Collaborate with outside consultants.
- Hold Monthly meetings with the internal team to recap successes on SEO and
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to make data-driven decisions.
- Create and execute targeted campaigns that resonate with the target audience and drive engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as customer service, sales, and creative to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Track and report on key metrics such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest ecommerce technology, tools, and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to optimize marketing spending.
- Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
Requirements
- 5 years in ecommerce marketing (B to C Experience Preferred
- Expertise in mobile and social advertising
- Ability to manage budgets effectively with ROI tracking.
- Proven success in SEO optimization
- Experience with email automation and A/B testing
- Analytical and data-driven mindset
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of customer behavior and psychology
- Team-oriented, with a positive approach
