  • Coordinate the daily operations of the mailroom, including sorting, distributing, and processing mail and packages.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate mailroom staff to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of mailroom activities, including tracking and reporting on mail volumes and delivery times.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies regarding mail handling and security.
  • Quality assurance

Skills/Requirements

  • Must have leadership experience
  • 1-2 years' office experience
