Position Overview
We are seeking an ambitious VP of Sales with a strong background in staffing and direct hire search to join our team on a contract basis. This role is 100% commission-based, ideal for a proven sales leader ready to make an impact and grow with a firm on the rise. While this role demands a high level of commitment and resilience, it offers substantial earning potential for someone driven to expand our brand and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to grow our footprint in direct hire search and staffing, including contract and contract-to-hire placements.
- Cultivate strong client relationships through active networking, event participation, and industry involvement.
- Leverage your professional network to open doors, generate leads, and secure new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with company leadership to identify growth opportunities and design a scalable client acquisition model.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, enhancing our firm’s visibility and reputation within the staffing and direct hire industry.
- Play an integral role in our team, helping shape business strategy and laying the groundwork for sustained growth.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in staffing, recruiting, or direct hire search sales with measurable success.
- Extensive network and presence within the industry, with experience attending and engaging in relevant events and professional communities.
- In-depth understanding of job market trends and client needs.
- Skilled in developing and nurturing high-level client relationships.
