Job Summary

The Campaign Operations is searching for an experienced and dynamic individual (Manager, Tag Management) to lead our tag implementation projects and drive the strategic deployment of Adobe Launch across our digital properties. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert in tag management processes and have extensive hands-on experience with Adobe Launch, a deep understanding of tag management systems (TMS), and proven leadership skills to manage multiple tag management projects

Job Description

What You’ll Do:

  • Work cross-functionally to define tagging strategy and capture tagging requirements based off analytics and reporting needs.
  • Manage the implementation and maintenance of tags using Adobe Launch, ensuring data accuracy and consistency across all digital channels and reporting teams.
  • Continuously look for opportunities to optimize tags to enable the best end-user site experience.
  • Collaborate with our marketing, media, technology, digital, reporting, analytics and operations teams to ensure all tags are implemented properly.
  • Foster and encourage a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Oversee Comcast India Engineering Center (CIEC) team workload, ensuring timely and accurate implementation of tags across all digital properties.
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan for tag management, ensuring alignment with business objectives, reporting and analytics requirements as well as marketing goals.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on tag management.
  • Stay up-to-date with latest developments in tag management systems and digital analytics technologies.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to tag deployment, data collection, and tag performance.
  • Lead and manage multiple tagging projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Regularly communicate project status, risks, and issues to all stakeholders and senior management.
  • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures with clearly defined SLAs.
  • Work closely with the analytics teams to monitor and analyze tag performance, providing recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Need:

  • Education and Experience:

o Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent is ideal

o 2+ years hands-on experience with managing tagging implementations. Preferably with Adobe Launch or similar tag management platforms.

  • Must have strong working knowledge of web technologies (Javascript, Jquery, HTML and CSS) and their role in tag implementation.
  • Must have experience working in a tag management platform. (e.g. Adobe Launch, Ensighten Manage, Google Tag Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with analytics platforms (e.g. Adobe Analytics) and how tags are set up to pass data to Adobe Analytics for reporting.
  • Experience with data layer design, implementation and how to leverage it for the purposes of tag management.
  • Must have strong working knowledge of tools and scripting languages.
  • Experience migrating to Adobe’s WebSDK and strong understanding of Martech platforms will be helpful.
  • Experience managing and leading a high performing team
  • Familiarity with marketing best practices, including responsive design, personalization, and dynamic content
  • Familiarity with privacy regulations (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) and their impact on data collection and tag management
  • Quickly understands complex systems and processes
  • Attention to detail with strong project management skills, delivering on time
  • Demonstrated track record of building and optimizing cross-channel customer and prospect journeys
  • Creative problem solver, shows perseverance when presented with barriers
  • Must be approachable and a strong team player
  • Self-starter, works well under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strong technical, written and communication skills are a must
  • Proven ability to communicate and build cross functional relationships.
