Shift Digital is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Digital Retail Performance Coach to join our Field Consulting team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with Toyota Region representatives to review their dealers' digital retailing processes and identify areas for growth and process efficiencies.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Assess business models, dealer resources, training programs, and technology utilization to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work with dealership sales management, BDC directors, internet managers, and marketing managers to enhance the variable operations sales process.
  • Develop and implement sales process enhancements, including CRM configuration and reporting, business model optimization, and role assignment.
  • Provide professional and effective oral and written communications to dealership General Managers, BDC, and floor staff personnel.
  • Utilize discovery, observation, and recommendation generation to drive sales process improvements.
  • Apply expertise in CRM principles, sales process enhancements, and mentoring to drive dealership success.

**Requirements**

  • Proven experience as a vendor sales rep for complex SaaS solutions, calling on decision makers for variable ops.
  • Ability to cross-train on agnostic solutions, including process and business model insights.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate sales process enhancements.
  • Exceptional PowerPoint and Excel usage skills.
  • Ability to work in-dealer, in-region, staff-facing, with a focus on the Mid-Atlantic & NY market.
