Overview:

Join our team as a Stakeholder Relations Analyst II to support oil and gas operations and Energy projects in Colorado. This role involves creating essential stakeholder materials, managing templates, and providing critical reports to keep stakeholders informed on well preparations, completions, and other updates. This position also offers the opportunity to work closely with translation teams and present to drilling and completions teams.


Key Responsibilities:


Stakeholder Materials Creation: Develop notices and stakeholder content, including WOGLA, ECMC Completeness, construction, rig up, and well completion notices. Document and maintain all content updates to ensure consistency.


Template & Translation Management: Maintain notice templates, ensuring accuracy across all documents and coordinate with translation teams to ensure accessibility in necessary languages.


Project Support: Assist with creating project fact sheets, informed consent packages, and other necessary content. Generate daily/weekly risk analysis emails, sensitivity reports, and operational phase reports.


Team Presentations: Present updates to drilling and completions teams and assist in preparing yearly reports and management updates.


Field Signage Coordination: Order, manage delivery, and handle payments for field signage.


Qualifications:

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a results-oriented, self-motivated approach.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in team settings.
  • Excellent written communication and analytical skills with the ability to draw conclusions from data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential; database skills are an advantage.
  • Skilled in creating handouts, fact sheets, and infographics; graphic design experience is a plus.
  • General technical proficiency, with familiarity in ArcGIS, PowerBI, or similar tools (willingness to learn is acceptable)
