District Sales Manager

EoS Fitness is in search of a District Sales Manager. We're looking for someone with prior leadership experience managing multiple locations, who has genuine customer service skills, proven sales experience, and a passion for driving culture and mentoring teams. Reporting to our Regional VP of Sales, the District Manager will be responsible for ensuring that our teams achieve sales goals while maintaining consistent operations at each location in their district.
What we expect:
- 3 or more years proven experience managing multiple locations and leading sales teams.
- Experience in the fitness industry or relevant field with an interest in fitness.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills when interacting with employees, management, and vendors. Calm, professional, and empathetic.
- Excellent at building relationships and influencing people at all levels and in all functions.
- Exceptional customer service
*Ability to train and mentor managers as well as frontline workers
- Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail; systematic and thorough approach to problem solving; good time management; highly organized; great recordkeeping skills.
