Customer Service Representative

Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team. This individual will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that each interaction reflects our commitment to service and excellence. The ideal candidate will embody our core values and play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, and occasionally in-person, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to assist.
- Problem Solving: Listen carefully to customer concerns and work diligently to provide solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Service Coordination: Schedule service appointments, manage customer inquiries, and ensure exceptional communication between customers and the Webster team.
- Customer Follow-Up: Ensure all customer issues are resolved and follow up to confirm satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and follow-up actions in our system.
- Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback to the management team on how we can improve our services and customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Empathy & Charisma: A natural ability to connect with people, understand their concerns, and make them feel valued.
- Solution-Driven: A proactive approach to solving problems and a dedication to finding the best possible outcome for the customer.
- Servant Leadership: Although this is not a leadership position, must have a heart for serving others, putting the needs of our customers first, and leading by example.
- Listening Skills: An ability to listen carefully and understand the true needs of our customers, ensuring we provide the best possible service.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical issues in a way that’s easy to understand.
- Computer Skills: Proficient with Windows based operating system and Office, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to other software systems.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or a similar role. A willingness to learn and grow with the company is essential. Familiar with the essential functions and maintenance of household systems and day-to-day operations.
