What the Project Accountant Will Do:

  • Full-cycle accounting for multiple construction projects
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Review vendor invoices and create payables documents within the AP subledger
  • Reconcile and analyze the GL through completing balance sheet and income statement account reconciliations
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial statements
  • Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, etc.)

What the Company Needs in a Project Accountant:

  • Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
  • 3+ years of accounting experience in the Construction industry
