Description:

  • The Coordinator supports the design, implementation, delivery, and evaluation for the Kaiser Permanente Bernard J. Tyson School of Medicine program for faculty engagement and development in medical education
  • The Coordinator performs high-level administrative work and support including editing and formatting documents, managing complex schedules, procuring supplies, processing financial transactions, promoting faculty development programming and resources, managing data collection and retention, and supporting and coordinating faculty development events.

Must Have:

  • Minimum one (1) year of experience in project coordination and management.
  • Knowledge of higher education organizational structures, preferably in health sciences education.
  • Experience working in a college or university.
  • Experience in faculty development

Skills:

Administrative support, Organizational and planning skills

Shift and Expected Hours:  Monday - Friday, 8:30AM-5:00PM
